If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange the item within 30 days from date of purchase. You may return or exchange it by mail or at our store location.
Please note, we do not accept COD orders.
All Returns must be accompanied by a receipt and in new saleable condition with original packing and or tags attached.
Product will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.
Note: Unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order or if the product is defective, shipping fees charged at time of order will not be refunded and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer

For items damaged in shipment, please call Customer Service at 1-800-663-7217 or email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
